Corbrook is always professional and gets the job done right. Communication with office staff member, Debbie, and owner, Steve, is prompt and kind, and the gentlemen they send to do the work are always very respectful. I highly recommend Corbrook for your association's needs!
Corbrook recently repaired our balcony. There are many gaps between the horizontal rail supports and rail posts. The horizontal rail supports need to be recut so they are flush with the rail posts. There also gaps between the top rails and rail posts that need to be corrected. The largest gap is about 1/2" from the side of the house to the rail post just to the left of our sliding glass door.
