It is not close to Italian cuisine We had gnocchi that were gooey chewy- so exactly how they should not be and how it is definitely not done in Italy. I think undercooked or just badly prepared with extra extra extra flour that became like a glue texture The sauce was good though Service: not good, forgotten order, delayed, confused maybe that’s why gnocchi was so bad. My family and I decided to visit Little Italy today for lunch, and we chose Corbo’s Pizza & Pasta\. Unfortunately, the experience was extremely disappointing, especially considering we spent around $80 on our meal\. When we ordered, we were told that our food would take approximately 20–25 minutes since we were dining in\. In reality, it took nearly an hour for our food to arrive\. WOW!!!! Is all I have to say! I'm from the Chicagoland area and have failed to find a good Italian beef here in Cleveland! Then I gave Corbos a try and man that Italian beef taste just like a Chicago beef! Definitely will be back! I deducted a star because the 8 dollar arincini balls came with two smaller than golf ball size! Wasn't happy about that at all!
Ordered online before I arrived: chicken parm (huge portion, super tasty), then got a slice of tiramisu from Corbo’s bakery next door 🤌🤌 would recommend
