Worst decision I have ever made was to hire this guy. Nothing done that I could not have done myself much better. Unprofessional, lack of communication skills, no follow through/up on promises! Save yourself the time and money and find someone who cares about your case! He clearly does not. You are better off handling it yourself.
Very professional and knowledgeable company! I highly recommend them for any public adjusting needs.
