We are first time customers of Corbin Heating & Air LLC and their service. From the initial office call to the work provided they were very prompt, friendly and professional. Our technician, Joel, was very knowledgeable of our system and kept me informed during the process. I highly recommend them!
The technician, Brady, that was sent out to assess the problem was wonderful. He was straight forward with me and honest about the situation and cost. He quoted me the rate for a new furnace and got somebody out to install it just 2 hours later. Roberto showed up and installed the unit. Unfortunately, when given the quote, it wasn’t for the entire, according to Roberto, because the filter is not able to be replaced unless there is a separate box installed underneath the furnace.
