If you don't mind occasionally being ripped off or you're an "ignorance is bliss" kind of person, Corbin Fuel is for you. My hot water heater would shut off after less than a minute and not start until reset (bad transformer / igniter). Was told it would be $128 "labor", plus parts to send someone out. Ok. Two techs arrive, diagnose the problem and install a new igniter. Total cost? $148 (labor) + $185 (igniter)= $333. I cannot say enough wonderful things about Corbin. They came through for us with snow on the ground and 1 day turn around. We ran out of propane and were told we'd have to wait a week for a truck.... unless of course we payed an additional fee of $180.00 by our PREVIOUS supplier. Jon handled my call with the utmost professionalism and was thorough and prompt in addressing our urgent need!! We are happy to have found Corbin and look forward to working with them for years to come.
