Back in 2015 I stopped in , they were closed. I was in a big truck. The woman that was there gave us a tour of the whole place!! Awesome!
Ordered a seat on line but didn't work out for me so well. I called them up and asked about warranty work. They said to come on in and they would make it right while I wait. They reworked the padding and recovered my seat within 3hrs. Free coffee from their café was a nice touch. 10/10 will go back if/when I get a second bike!
Incorrect specs advertised on a custom seat, and accusatory awful customer service once pointing this out.
Great experience with the ride in program with appointment! Showed up in the morning and the office staff gave a very welcoming greeting. The technicians creating the seat were fantastic, professional, & respectful. The cafe was great to eat, hangout, and decompress. The factory was cool to walk around and we could see our seat being made live. Great seats. However got my order wrong on the rear seat and acknowledged it. Started the RMA then started ignoring me when i followed up about the return shipping. Still following up with no response.
