Very disappointing experience with Corbin. I ordered a custom seat and, unfortunately, it did not fit properly. What made the situation worse was the customer service experience. It took months of emails, follow-ups, and escalations before Corbin finally authorized the RMA and refunded my money. Never had such a bad experience as dealing with Corbin! I ordered a seat for my Ninja, they sent me one that doesn’t fit, with the wrong material and an American flag instead of a Canadian flag. When talking to the service department, they wanted to charge me 25% restocking fees and I had to pay the shipping fees ($150). I did some research and found out on forums that this the kind of service they give! Stongly strongly suggest you do not buy anything from them!!! Go to other sites like Top Sellerie instead!

Purchased a Corbin saddle for my Suzuki SFV650 and it has treated me well over the years. More recently I had noticed I was sliding down the saddle towards the tank and wanted to correct it. I booked a ride-in appointment to get the saddle worked on. Initially, they mentioned a recover to make it perfect for my height but the wizard Julio was able to flatten out my saddle and still keep my original cover without modification.
