I ordered a seat around Christmas. Jan 24 I got a seat for a different bike, sent it back and was told it was a shipping mix up and mine would come soon. It’s march 7th and no seat and no replies to my emails after 753 dollars up front.
I have had the worst experience with this company. Christopher in their Florida call center hung up on me. They never answer the phone, the voicemail is always full, they don’t respond to emails or web forms, and when you finally speak with someone on the phone they give you attitude and tell you they implemented a new system and now small orders will take 3-4 weeks to be shipped. Sub-par craftsmanship, arrogant customer service from Christopher Keohane. According to Christopher, receiving torn vinyl around multiple rivets is to spec. When asked if he would like to see photos of the same saddle built for someone else without the defects, he laughed and said you can send them but I won’t look at them. Not my first - but definitely my last purchase from Corbin. I knew I should have bought a Kelpi seat. Keep it up. You will be irrelevant to the motorcycle community sooner than anticipated.
Ordered a seat, and after a month I inquired to the status, and heard nothing. Then I get a notice from UPS that they tried to deliver the seat, but I wasn't home, because I was never notified by Corbin that it was on the way. I sent the email to Tabian Poirier at the company and was ignored. Now I have to chase this thing down. I won't do business with them anymore, there are other options out here like Seat Concepts.
