Top notch customer service.
Booked in wheel alignment twice now. Turned up for the first one and they made excuses as to why they couldn’t do it. Dropped the car off for the second one and get a call half an hour later saying they won’t do it because wheel bearings aren’t tight enough. I offered to tightened there as I had the tools for it and that’d take me five minutes. They told me they didn’t have time. Won’t be going back there for any reason in future.
Took a tyer on a rim in for a tyer repair. We asked if they can fix it, we were told to leave it with them. Returned to pick it up and I was charged $20 and no repair. I left my phone number. No communication just a fee to say it cant be repaired. Highly don't recommend

While visiting Young my caravan breakaway battery died. My spade fittings didn't fit the battery they had in stock so they organised the correct size. Great service. Most appreciated.
