90% of the staff are great. 10% need another job... Management here does not want to fix the snotty staff issues. Other Google reviews indicate that the same person I had a problem with is the issue. Scott or sean "Boot fitter" The only one w a British accent. Drove over and hour to get talked down too, disrespected and insinuated I couldn't afford the boots I wanted. By a minimum wage employee? Haha 😆 Spent over $1000 here on Burton gear last year. Taking my business elsewhere, I will NOT be back.
Great service and products. Just started Skiing this year and had no gear. They directed me to the clearance area, one building down. Got fitted for everything, figured out what types of skis I'm looking for and all for a good price. Highly recommend!
I had an amazing experience here! I am new to snowboarding and wanted to buy snowboard boots because I have weird proportions. Lauren (hope that’s how his name is spelt)) helped me and he was very knowledge and so happy to help!! You can tell he likes what he’s doing and cares :) Highly recommend for anyone new to snowboarding and need advice on gear OR looking to buy more gear!!
Went to get a boot fitting. I told the boot fitter my budget was $350-450 or so. He was trying to fit me in a $650 boot. When he heard my budget, his demeanor changed for the worse and he didn't even bother to continue my boot fitting. He took the boots back and suggested I leave. A bit shocked, particularly about how rude his demeanor became. Surprisingly disrespectful customer service on a day that wasn't even busy. Couldn’t be happier with the boot-fitting service. I bought boots here 2 years ago and they were great for a season, then caused a lot of pain in the second season. I brought them in (made an appointment for a weekday) and the two gentlemen that helped me spent 1.5 hours addressing every issue very patiently and thoughtfully, and explained what they were doing at each step. Boots feel amazing now. Thanks so much!
