I almost never write a Google review but I've just had the most incredible experience at the Oakville Corbetts. The team there went above and beyond with the help or a repair related ski issue. The issue occurred over the holidays and despite being so busy they made time to resolve the issue; completely above and beyond what I had expected. I can't say enough about the customer experience and I will throw all of my ski business their way in the future!!!
Awesome boot fitting services! It's really worth it to buy boots in store with their 1 year fit guarantee. Connor did some boot work for me after 3 days on snow. He did a fantastic job in making these the most comfortable boots I've ever worn. He was really patient, thorough, and very friendly throughout the whole fit. Cheers man! This shop gets crazy busy during peak in-season weekend hours. It's definitely worth making an appointment online in advance.
I have bought a number of things from Corbetts over the years and been happy with their service. This week I bought a pair of Reusch down mitts because I expected they would be warmer than my old Grandoe leather mitts and a sales guy suggested they would be great! Tried them for the first time today, -8C, and I have never had such cold hands. My finger tips were very cold by the 2nd run!!
