Great food, great service, 1 star off for food as they do not have pie of the day in spite of it being advertised in multiple places.
We LOVE Corbett’s. One of the best restaurants in the area. Amazing food and service*. Try the lobster eggs benedict, any of their kickass omelets (my partner likes the salmon omelet, I like the Downtown or California), any of their fantastic sandwiches. One of the best restaurants we've been to in a while. Cindy was our server, she was attentive and polite. She made us feel welcome and had good conversation about Redding and about the south. The food was amazing and decently priced. Cindy even gave us recommendations for food to try on our next visit. There WILL be a next visit, and many more after. This is the place for breakfast in Redding. I haven’t wanted to review the restaurant due to the fact that we can just walk in get our table and food before you’re out of the line at Déjà Vu. Oh and the food it’s substantially better and more affordable. If you’re looking for a true local’s breakfast spot you could definitely do worse than Corbett’s. Try the Chile Relleno omelette. Personally it’s the best egg dish in town.
