I Wouldnt piss on theese people if they were on fire.if you want to be screwed when you purchase a home, by all means go to theese people, and DONT expect to get a deposit back if the county you live in will not permit your home to be placed....they screwed me out of \$500. after they said that the deposit WAS refoundable...and it wasnt my fault that madison is a crap county and would not allow the home to be set up.the only way theese people stay in buisness is by ripping customers off.
