This office chooses not to answer or get back to any voicemails I’ve left, been calling for 5 days straight for an inhaler refill and the line never rings or I’m transferred to a different office. On empty with my inhaler and the fact you guys choose to not update the website or give a call back is crazy work, don’t come to these people
If I could leave 0 stars, I would. Veloso is an insensitive doctor who lacks empathy and comprehension. Also, she lacks communication skills as she is unable to effectively get her message across without sounding condescending. At one of our sessions, she suddenly walked into the room and urgently says “you need to get 2 surgeries!” I was confused and panicked. I’ve had bad uncaring doctors before but she definitely takes the cake. She’s currently seeing doctor Jonathan Okun’s patients due to him no longer being there and after me having such an amazing experience with doctor Okun, I can’t believe they have this lady seeing his patients.
