The sports massage combined with the infrared sauna and the cold plunge were exceptional; I felt refreshed after the relaxing session. There was a noticeable reduction in muscle tightness in my training following the session.

As a massage therapist I highly recommend Jazmine! I tried the ashiatsu for the first time and my body is unbelievably relaxed. Who knew the feet could do the work the hands could?! I also did 10 minutes of red light therapy and everyone should be incorporating this into their wellness routine.
Jazmin explains everything thoroughly an does a great job! Overall good experience I always feel better after a massage from Jazmin. I highly recommend her!!
