Great Product, Underhanded selling tactics, unreachable customer service - I usually review mostly based on the quality of the product, and from those I know the product is good. Unfortunately when I decided to try and get a wine preserver for my girlfriend I was promised a 25% discount if I signed up for their mailing list. Was at IPNC(International Pinot event), in Oregon the last weekend of July. I was able to meet a few of their sales staff (emailed corporate to compliment them). Not only did they show how amazing their devices are, but how long some wines lasted and were tasting amazing. Their sparkling stopper can let a wine last up to 3 months. I joked that I drink it in 1 day but know many don't. If you get a chance to go to one of their demonstration events or wine events, it is worth trying. Great new technology.
This brand discriminates people from buying. Most disappointing 'luxury' product. I bought the 'Timeless Three' with additional capsules last year. When the capsules ran out and I want to buy more, they refused. I placed order twice which were 'successful' at the checking out both times but few hours later they declined both. I contacted them asking what happened and why they declined my orders but never got answers from them. I checked with my bank and got confirmation that my credit card was valid, nothing wrong on my side... read more
