You're going to get what you pay for and it isn't much. We booked two rooms for our family of 5 and initially they assigned us to different floors and extreme opposite ends of the building--about as far apart as you can get, which I thought odd. We have been staying here for a while now and so far there have been absolutely no hiccups. All of the staff are absolutely terrific. The hotel itself is a little dated, but that's what we love about it. It's cozy and has great WiFi here. Oh.... And it's quiet. You don't hear a sound out of the neighbors. Even with a bowling alley next door, you usually don't hear a thing. I have absolutely no complaints at all.

Stayed there last fall, booked through Hotels.com. They put me in a dirty room. Bed not made, dirty towels, trash in the can, a pair of dirty socks that my dog found and luckily didn't eat etc. Now I got an attempted charge on my card, and a message stating to update my card or my future booking will be canceled. I have no future booking. There is no way in Hell I'd book with them for my trip down there this year

Filthy dirty , had to change sheets and they were stained too. Stunk too. I bought wipes to wipe the light switches and door handles, ended up black with dirt. Web site says 50.00 but was charged 310.00 for 2 nights. Never go there ever again

Well, the room itself was clean. That’s the good part. The hotel common areas and amenities weren’t as clean as the room and didn’t invite you to use them. The bed was like a rock. This is an older, dated hotel. The room being clean was most important to us and it was indeed very clean.
