As a plant based person in the south, it can be very difficult to find plant based cuisine. Finding a plant based caterer, who offers a wide variety of cultural cuisine is unheard of! Cora was all this and then some! This review won’t do her justice. From menu conceptualization to the plating … the flavors … it was all top tier! 10 out of 10. Definitely recommend!!!

I recently attended a Women’s Retreat at the Gulf Shores of Alabama, and I must say, it was an incredible experience, largely thanks to our amazing chef, Cora. Cora is such a great chef, she puts a lot of heart and soul into not just her food but the way she presents it. I love the fact that she is searching for ways to give back to the community by teaching how to grow your own food. Every meal is served with affirmations, that was my favorite part.
