Will update my review if contacted back, but believe this business took $80 in cash from my mother instead of performing warranty work as a third party for Lowes Home Improvement. Gave her no paperwork and had out of state plates on their vehicle. arrived late and not professional.

I was given a time window for a repairman to arrive the next day. When John was 15 minutes away, he called. I told him about the problem I was having with my washing machine when he arrived. Excellent customer service. People are friendly. I called at 4:45 p.m. on Friday, and they went out of their way to come out after 5:00 pm to fix my dryer. Also the pricing is fantastic!
The tech was very informative, he diagnosed the problem of our freezer and fixed it in no time! Would recommend
