Can I give a zero? Horrible horrible customer service! They are completely stress inducing. Would never recommend.
Hey packing staff!!! READ the notes!! Also, for the love of everything holy, PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE stop placing the saline flush boxes on top of the boxes that contain ice packs!! It breeds a bacterial environment when the boxes get soaking wet during shipping!! You literally have MY daughters life and every patients life you box up in YOUR hands. Do better.
