I recently went into the practice to be sedated and from the moment i was greeted by the reception staff I felt a little at ease. Of what I can remember sitting in the chair and meeting the nurse, dentist and anesthetist they were all reassuring, supportive and kind. Been to a few in the past where sometimes I dont think healthcare professionals understand the trauma around being needle phobic - be in NO doubt this TEAM did. Thank you once again for your great care.
