Been going there for years was very disappointed my last visit. Party of 5 one of dishes (steak ) was too hard to eat chew !! n I told waitress she sorry .. no problem I can switch out for something else .. paying check noticed steak plate was still being charged.. claimed can’t take it off only because he did not like it .. that was not the case paid bill left next day I called in telling them it’s not fair needed to talk to manager person said I was here n they said they did not like it. First time ordering take out from this diner was disappointing. I had high expectations or should i say standard expectations that were not met. Customer service is above all everything. We are what keeps your lights on. So when the manager doesn’t care about the customer getting what they paid for theres a problem.
