I wouldn’t recommend Coram or CVS specialty care pharmacy to anyone unless you are on top of your healthcare and understand supplies, meds, infusions ect. They have been an absolute nightmare to work with, nothing but constant excuse after excuse, delay after delay. There is NO communication within their system, one doesn’t know what the other is doing. Constant phone calls & emails making no progress whatsoever. They billed my insurance & insurance paid over 2 mos from the time they finally sent my shipment which has delaye... read more
PLEASE, PLEASE, PLEASE heed these reviews. Something must be done. My 83 y.o. mother is being treated for a UTI. Due to negligence, a lack of commitment to the patient, and apparently no accountability, her first 4 doses of antibiotics (2 days) were missed. It is also apparent that the staff have no concept about the consequences of an untreated UTI...i.e urosepsis. I'M CONVINCED THAT THESE PEOPLE DON'T CARE!!! Tomorrow she will miss another dose despite me calling 3 days in advance to notify them that she is 2 doses short. ... read more
