I have been a patient of CVS Corman since 2018. Virginia my point of contact is amazing. Her attention to details, professionalism and wonderful personality makes every order a wonderful experience. She excels in every aspect of customer service. ALL companies would want her to represent them to the patients. She definitely is the best of the best.
The phone system made it very difficult to speak to anyone. They are obviously trying to avoid taking calls. I managed to reach a live person after about 20 minutes. I wanted to find out if they operated an infusion service for monoclonal antibodies. They do not, contrary to other information released by CVS. In central PA there are currently no medical providers offering infusion of monoclonal antibodies. Seems our area is very backward in that regard.
