The customer service is HORRIBLE...I was placed on a feeding tube so my Pancreas can heal prior to surgery. I will have it 4-6 weeks..when they came in the hospital to start it all the RN talked about was the amazing customer support 24/7..that was a lie..it took 7 days to get the supplies needed....they said because of the weather, the sun has been shining this whole time...so I ran out of formula and had to rinse and reuse the bags...all the GREAT things I was told originally....if I could give ZERO stars I would have!!!
If I could give zero stars, I would. Poor Communication, Lack of respect, zero professionalism. Should not be working with patients on the spectrum or any person not able to advocate for themselves. No accountability I would even go as far to say perhaps discrimination is in play.

Got to give a big thanks to Trish that got us all set up. She didn't give us the greatest news about insurance coverage but she's very knowledgeable of other avenues and very resourceful to help trim some costs. Most of all I've contacted her several times about equipment not working, ordering refills, or dietary supplement questions. Most of the time I would text after hours hoping she would get back with me next day, but she would call/text back immediately with an answer or have an expert on the line with her quickly addr... read more
