This place doesn't care about getting their patients, they don't care if you need your infusions done on a timely manner. The nurses are great but the administrative staff is horrible, they can't ever seem to have authorizations done in the time frame needed to have your medications administered. I am always having to call and make sure it is completed since I am on a scheduled course and they always seem to want to extend when I should have my infusions performed.
