If you have any other choice, do it. From administration to nurses the incompetence is extremely evident. There are a few nurses that are good. If you are lucky enough to get one be thankful.
Don’t expect them to be professional. My son is on Remicade infusions and they have more than once delayed him on receiving treatment, which causes his body to reject the medicine putting his life at risk. They. Just. Don’t. Appear. To. Care.
Horrible company. My father had a stroke, and cannot swallow. You’re SUPPOSE to be sending his nutrition so he can live. He’s been out of tube feed for several days. One of your workers had the audacity to tell me to seek out t.f. Donations from various churches. WHAT?! You keep promising his nutrition will be delivered, yet everyday nothing arrives. I hope you sleep well at night.
This is the most incompetent and uncaring group of people I have ever worked with
