Lovely coastal estate. Read the purchase agreement carefully if buying. The developer gets permanent permission to access your land and anything on it (including your home). Won't change/limit this, won't sell to you if you ask. Not for everyone. Edit: Of course there's no question about what covenants are or why they exist.
