We were to check in at 2pm. After calling to confirm check-in time, we were then told check-in was after 3 pm. Finally, being able to check in after 4:30pm, the room we asked for was a room for 6 adults. They gave us a room for 2 adults. We had ordered a room with an ocean view, the room they gave us wasn't even close to an ocesn view. We saw the building next door. Complained the entire 4 minutes we were there. Very very dirty. No customer service. Very old and stinky place. Don’t stay there. It’s the most terrible hotel I ever stayed in.

Excellent hotel with perfect location. Extremely clean and very cozy! rather you are looking to come to Fort lauderdale with your family, with your couple or with a group of friends, this hotel is just perfect. Restaurants, shopping, and the beach are on a walking distance. Rooms very spacious and housekeeping excellent.

The customer service is horrible so completely ignorant and rude…I wouldn’t send my dog to stay there I’d rather stay in a tent in the woods if that’s the way they treat people!!!
