Amazing service. Marc Cadet did an great job with walking me through the trade in process! Coral Spring Nissan is my favorite nissan dealership!
$4000 for a maintenance last year. I'm still not sure if all those services were "critical". No more Nissan after that.
Made an appointment for 2pm and the customer service told me is like2.5 hour to 3hour wait I was like was the point of the appointment. The schedule system is garbage needs to work on that Update on review I went in again to give it another opportunity (9/16/2024) waited for the advisor to speak with me about car was an easy process and advisor was not pushy on any recommended repairs ... choose the one I need it and pay and left... they also had complementary food... food was great
Repairs done later than expected but done well and the simple meals during the wait are very helpful.
We attempted to return a Nissan lease to this dealership. We called the Friday before and were told that we could just bring in the car through the service bay for turn in. Once there we were told that they were not taking in lease returns by the porters. We asked for a manager. The floor manager then came to the service bay and refused to take the lease turn in.
