I had a disappointing experience at this Kia service center. I waited two and a half hours for a simple oil change & tire rotation, only to find out my car hadn’t even been put into the system. There was a clear lack of communication between staff members, it didn’t feel like a cohesive team at all… If you value your time and expect efficient service, I would not recommend this location.

I don’t normally call out businesses for mistakes but this really deserves it. I took my Kia to Coral Springs Kia for an oil change and tire rotation. Everything seemed to go well but I declined their extra service suggestions. Over the next few days I kept hearing noises and they seemed to be coming from the tires. And they were getting worse / louder. The sound pace changed as my speed increased or decreased so I knew it was tire related. You know when you get a little rock in your tire tread.
