Great experience at the Kia service center. Came in because my check engine light came on, and they got everything diagnosed and fixed in about 2 hours, which was faster than I expected. Big thanks to Sean for helping me throughout the process — very professional, friendly, and made everything easy. While waiting, I was able to enjoy complimentary lunch and coffee, which was a nice touch. Overall, amazing service and great customer care. Definitely recommend!
Worst service! I have marks on my dash and random bolts sitting on my floor. Lug nuts were also loose when I had a tire rotation! CRAZY
Horrible horrible service. Bad communication and went in for a repair and came out worse! And now I even have a coolant leak when I went in for an ac job. Mind you ITS A NEW CAR
Went in for an AC repair and now it’s so much worse and I have a rattle inside my dash. Never listened to me when I said what the issue and ended up pulling my whole dash for no reason.
Run around on the engine burning oil because they don’t want to allow us to use the re-call on the vehicle. Returned after they told us to drive 1,000 miles first but we went to 1,200 miles and the service tech told us 1,000 exactly
