Great place, been coming for +5 years now and Will continue to!
Never been treated so poorly in our lives. Apparently the sound of children enjoying their beach vacation warrants complaints here. Asked not to come back after 4 years of renting 4 rooms for family. Harassed by staff for noise of kids playing. Night staff was completely unprofessional and almost creepy. Gave attitude to children instead of addressing adults. Don’t come here place has changed.
This was our 4th year coming here as a big family of 15 with 4 rooms. We are usually on the 1st floor with no issues. This year we opted for 4 suites on the 3rd floor. Well that was a mistake, since walking up to the third floor apparently caused 5 different complaints??? Oh and it was before the 10:00pm quiet time. I guess they don’t want kids coming here anymore. A shame since we had a great time the past 3 years. I guess our loyal patronization means nothing to them.
