We have found Marty from Coral Sea Plumbing reliable, knowledgeable, courteous and totally professional with all our Plumbing requirements. Be wary - we had some emergency septic work scheduled and arranged someone to come up and replace a part. The cost was discussed however they failed to mention that they would require full payment on the very day. Not even a part payment was accepted. It gives me comfort to read in other reviews on here that others have had same experience. This is unheard of with trades and we found it very unprofessional and it really put us in a difficult predicament as we were expecting to pay within at least 7-14 days as with most invoi... read more
Available to come within 48hours of my call. Friendly staff diagnosed the problem, sourced parts, and had all jobs done within 3 hours. Also took details and prepared a quote for a replacement item. Once the quote was accepted, they ordered the part and returned to install it within reasonable time frame. Well done.
