Location is great, rooms are good, service seems bad. Luckily we didn’t run into any issues here but we kept hearing horror stories about AC being down or rooms given away to other guests. Check in was arduous and the staff has a unbothered type of attitude which didn’t seem very welcoming. Our room was a little dirty, the couch especially which was covered in dog hair.
Great location. Disgusting property. Room is infest with ants
Absolute wonderful experience. The resort met all our needs. Staff was very helpful. We will definitely be back.
