My experience with Palmera Resorts has been extremely disappointing, especially compared to other timeshares I own and how frequently I travel. This company does not operate at anything close to true resort standards. The sales process was full of promises and assurances that simply have not been honored. The only reason it's not a 5 star was that the main pool and lazy river were closed for renovations. My bad luck.
Terrible service. Pool is closed another not heated. Wrong coffee filters and no coffee. Things are broken but clean. Good location. Been here 3 x and not again.
Mix up with the location of our condo- then the code would not work. So we got to our correct condo and again the code would not work. The maid let us in 🥲 went to breakfast, checked into the office, verified the code for our unit. THE CODE WOULD NOT WORK AGAIN.. we flaged a worker down...he could not open it either. Then David the maintenance manager came to the rescue...he trouble shooted it and got us a new code- it worked. He said to call him, if we have any further issues.
