I want to thank the staff nurses everyone the doctors I have never felt so comfortable having a procedure done such hospitality. I have never seen. I’m from New York just moved to Florida and had to have a procedure done. I was a little nervous, It was so clean. The nurses was so pleasant. I’ve never had procedure done in such a comfortable atmosphere. I thank you all again.
To Whom It May Concern, I would like to share my experience at this clinic. I had a terrible experience with the front desk lady while picking up my boyfriend from the clinic. When I came to the lobby no other patients or family members were there. I came up to the front desk and informed the lady that I’m there to pick up my boyfriend after his endoscopy and colonoscopy procedures. The answer of the front desk lady was shocked me. I have been to Coral Ridge Outpatient Center a number of times and they have the most professional and caring medical staff that delivers consistently. I would highly recommend them, they even called the following day to see how I was feeling! Great team and great job, keep up the good work.
Had a procedure done at this center on Tuesday and had the most amazing experience! Everyone was incredible: Ashley at the front, Minnie in Preop, Sol, Ieva, Dr. Zakko as my team, and Kristina, Sasha, and Sidney in PACU. My Nurse Anesthetist, Paula was exceptional! It was such a good experience if I had to come tomorrow again, I’d be thrilled! Thank you to Beth and Kathy for the later phone calls to make sure I was doing well! I was scheduled for a colonoscopy 2/19/26 at this facility Coral Ridge Outpatient center. My nurse called me the morning of to inform me that there were cancellations and asked if I could arrive in an hour. Instead of arriving my original time of 11:45 for my 12:45 procedure; I arrived 9:45 and was told to sign in for 10am.
