Had a procedure done at this center on Tuesday and had the most amazing experience! Everyone was incredible: Ashley at the front, Minnie in Preop, Sol, Ieva, Dr. Zakko as my team, and Kristina, Sasha, and Sidney in PACU. My Nurse Anesthetist, Paula was exceptional! It was such a good experience if I had to come tomorrow again, I’d be thrilled! Thank you to Beth and Kathy for the later phone calls to make sure I was doing well! I was scheduled for a colonoscopy 2/19/26 at this facility Coral Ridge Outpatient center. My nurse called me the morning of to inform me that there were cancellations and asked if I could arrive in an hour. Instead of arriving my original time of 11:45 for my 12:45 procedure; I arrived 9:45 and was told to sign in for 10am. Had to go here for a colonoscopy and endoscopy. Got bv there 10:40 and was not taken in for the procedures until 1PM. By then I was extremely dehydrated. Lots of people in the too small waiting room were coughing, hacking and sneeziing. There were lots of employees constantly coming and going in front of me and many delivery people coming in and out with bulky items on hand trucks. Dr Hotte and the staff Of coal Ridge outpatient center, especially the nurses are as good as it gets I would recommend them to anyone
I had a pleasant experience with the surgery center however after making monthly payments and not being 30-90 days behind they submitted my $100. 00 balance to collections. This is ILLEGAL and I will never use your services again! So I was able to speak with someone and I was told because I didn’t set up a payment plan my balance of $100.00 was sent to COLLECTIONS! AGAIN ILLEGAL! I asked for a call back from a supervisor and that never happened! This needs to change!
