Had to go here for a colonoscopy and endoscopy. Got bv there 10:40 and was not taken in for the procedures until 1PM. By then I was extremely dehydrated. Lots of people in the too small waiting room were coughing, hacking and sneeziing. There were lots of employees constantly coming and going in front of me and many delivery people coming in and out with bulky items on hand trucks. I had an appt scheduled for 6/19 at 9:30, which I wasn’t notified of until 2 days prior. So the next day I received a call to change my appt to 11:30, which I explained to Cathy that I wasn’t able to make the change because my ride wasn’t able to change the arrangements that were previously made. Cathy tried speaking to someone from scheduling but informed me that no one was available but she’d call me back when she found out. Outstanding facility and staff. A seamless process. Tina and Minerva were wonderful nurses and Dr. Roddy and Erika provided excellent anesthesia. Great team work.

I had a procedure at Coral Ridge Outpatient today. The Center is fantastic. Everything from check-in to post op was extremely professional. My pre-op Nurse Sheila was absolutely fantastic, professional, caring, simply the best. Wendy my recovery nurse was also exceptional in every aspect. I cannot say enough about the experience. I highly recommend using Coral Ridge.
