A couple of years ago Dr Francisco Ruiz took my sister Life at Sebastian Riiver Medical Center. Lahoma B Hicks was 46 years of age and left behind 5 kids. Sebastian River Medical Center tried it's best to cover it up. He should not be practicing as a Gastroenterologist.
