The best part of Condo #37 is the ocean view and the proximity to the beach. The beach is only a few feet away, and Henderson State Park is a short walk. This was a last-minute reservation for us, and unit #37 was the only unit available on the 3rd floor. At the time of booking the daily rate seemed fair. However, unit #37 is old, worn, and needs management’s attention. For this reason, we would not stay there again, and I don’t recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable experience. The best kept secret in crystal beach!
Pros - outstanding beach location and could be one of the top on the Emerald Coast. Street location, nice being off busy Hwy 98, quiet end of street. Cons - this is an older WOOD building. The noise transfer from room to room, floor to floor is insane. You can hear everything … TV’s, talking, Snoring, etc. It felt like we had a heard of elephants above us stomping on our heads for the entire month!
