All units offer private balcony or patio with views of the Gulf of Mexico. All units are fully furnished. Every reservation includes beach service between March and October (2 beach chairs and 1 umbrella).

Pros - outstanding beach location and could be one of the top on the Emerald Coast. Street location, nice being off busy Hwy 98, quiet end of street. Cons - this is an older WOOD building. The noise transfer from room to room, floor to floor is insane. You can hear everything … TV’s, talking, Snoring, etc. It felt like we had a heard of elephants above us stomping on our heads for the entire month! Be careful what you expect!! You pay for your condo and amenities but then you find out that the row of beach chairs are reserved near the water because you need to pay extra for that. My experience was tainted when I went down to the beach early to put my beach towels on a couple of chairs and was taken back by a screaming idiot that was putting the chairs out. The best part of Condo #37 is the ocean view and the proximity to the beach. The beach is only a few feet away, and Henderson State Park is a short walk. This was a later reservation for us, and the only unit on the 3rd floor that was available. At the time, the daily rate seemed fair. However, unit #37 is old, worn, and needs management’s attention. This is a magnificent place for vacation and relaxed holiday. Few inches from the beach where you can indulge yourself in heavenly experience.
We loved staying at Coral Reef Club! We got units #3 and #34 for our family. They were clean and beautifully furnished. We had initially booked at another Destin Realty location, but we had to move here due to renovations through the month of November. I am SO happy we were put in this location instead. The building is updated and newer. Cameron was extremely helpful in booking us rooms for our large family. Thank you Cameron and everyone else that helped us through the stay!
