Would give negative stars if possible. Sign listing hours said store was open, but it wasn't. Had to search and wait for 25 minutes for the owner to show up, and a further 10 to be let in. No apology was given. Two other potential customers walked away. Store is unbelievably filthy and unkempt. Many dead and dying dish on display. Many tank lights dim, flickering, or just out. I have tried to shop here twice and both times they have been closed during the hours they said they would be open ....buck them!! I hope they slide down a razor blade buck naked into a pool of alcohol
Best fish store
This place isn't even close to what it used to be. Owner clearly doesn't take pride anymore in his tanks, livestock or customer service. The tanks are all filthy, loaded with aiptasia and nuisance algae, and ich infested. I have gone there numerous times lately and the employee has not said one word to me. One time, Vince (the owner) was sitting behind the counter and he never once looked up to even greet my fiance and me.
