I have lived here for 2 years and I think it's ok. The staff do their best. But because of limited funds the place is understaffed which makes it hard for the few that do work here. Often, they are overworked and huge demands are often placed on them. The caregivers do their best and it shows. The food is OK and the kitchen staff are really nice. They keep the place clean and as safe as they can. The facility is in a dangerous neighborhood, as a result, there is a curfew. It is so we, the residents are kept safe. They have g... read more
A great community for care."nearly lived in the city of lynwood for half my life
While the facility appears clean, it's not being managed as effectively as it should be. Unfortunately, they tend to overmedicate patients, and the food options for residents are quite limited. Additionally, there seems to be a lack of proper documentation when patients miss their medication or when controlled pain medications are misplaced. Based on these observations, I cannot recommend this place at all.

Coral Oaks is an amazing place to place your loved ones. Their staff is attentive and supportive and the facility is clean. I saw their admin helping bring pts in for meals and is a hands on administrator, which I almost never see. Highly recommend
