My wife and I had a disappointing experience at this medical spa. Our appointment started late because the doctor saw us late and when she finally did her attitude felt rushed and dismissive. Both of us felt uncomfortable with how we were spoken to. The overall interaction came across as rude rather than caring or professional. We were hoping for a relaxing and respectful experience. I have very skinny lips and deep vertical lines. Ive tried all creams, micro needling and many years ago tried fillers by a different dr. I never experienced any success. Someone recommended Aline and I fully agree with previous reviews, she absolutely listens to what you are saying you want. I didn’t want lip enhancement just to mask the lines.
