I’m leaving this review due to misleading diagnostics and charges I did not approve. Visit #1: I was charged $149 + tax for diagnosis. I was told only one part needed to be replaced, and I proceeded with the repair for $485 + tax (the diagnostic was adjusted into that repair total). About 10 days later, the heat stopped working again. Visit #2: I was told a second part was needed, but they also added a new diagnostic fee of $249 + tax as a standalone charge that I did not approve.
