horrible experience came in and they had no idea of my "appointment" sprayed fluid film on contacts on Tommy gate which took 5min and charged me $200
I work as a mechanic at a dealership and I have found that this particular company offers subpar services. Despite charging premium rates, the quality of their work is disappointing. They frequently resort to shortcuts such as cutting factory harnesses and using tapes to secure wires. In my personal experience, their work was incomplete, as they removed a bracket but failed to reinstall it, and they improperly disconnected the factory wiring harness for the tail lights, leaving residual wiring in place.
