I don’t recommend building with coral. Our home reached its lockup stage and then has been sitting without progress for months. It’s embarrassing and costly. Our broker and bank are confused and ask us whether we need more payments released - but sadly we don’t as there’s been no progression. I used to advocate for developers to use volume builders since the designs are suitable but now I wouldn’t as even using one for a residential home has been so painful.

Had the unfortunate displeasure of dealing with Shawn. Made me regret even considering this builder. Management needs to remove this guy and put in someone who will actually help customers and not make them turn away from this company.
Don't use coral in your building. We paid the initial deposit to lock in the price in November 2023, signed the contract and paid the deposit in April 2024, chose colors in May, and were supposed to start building in July. There were delays with approvals and color choices causing stress. We rushed to get everything ready on time.
