Had the unfortunate displeasure of dealing with Shawn. Made me regret even considering this builder. Management needs to remove this guy and put in someone who will actually help customers and not make them turn away from this company.
Don't use coral in your building. We paid the initial deposit to lock in the price in November 2023, signed the contract and paid the deposit in April 2024, chose colors in May, and were supposed to start building in July. There were delays with approvals and color choices causing stress. We rushed to get everything ready on time. But today is July 24, 2024, and we still haven't heard back about the color prices after 60 days. When we ask, they blame it on someone being sick. They're delaying but still want to charge us. We are looking at building a large double Storey home and have worked with a number of builders to develop detailed, modified plans specific to our needs, utilizing BCC site and contour data. After spending significant time detailing our design and finish needs at his request, Shawn at the Willawong Coral Homes sales office declined to provide anything more than high level estimate until we pay for contour, stability and surveys.
