Amazing experience! At a time when building can be an uncertain and stressful process the Coral team were amazing. Highly recommend Sarah Highlands from Burpengary - incredibly helpful, accurate information, timely and pragmatic! It was genuinely refreshing to be able to have a conversation with someone and them be comfortable giving quick, indicative feedback (can it be done? cost? timeframe? etc), rather than need to go through a back-and-forth rigmarole to get the perfect answer 3 weeks later. Great customer service and advice provided by both seasoned professionals. Andrew and Sarah are outstanding. They can answer any random question quickly and provide useful tips. We're just at the discovery & pre-contact stage so we can't comment on anything else, but if our build & handover goes in this direction than we would be very happy :)
Please be advised that there was a rather impolite individual present at the display home in Burpengary East. It may be best to avoid visiting that location.
My first home-building experience was fine, but the second time was a disaster. I paid an extra 10k for an outdated design, faced issues with the messy finance department, indifferent supervisors, a house full of defects, and now they refuse to respond. I've initiated a QBCC inquiry. What a disaster.
Completely and utterly terrible. Honestly, if you're considering using Coral, save yourself the hassle. Our supervisor, Toby Wertheim, has been the least helpful of them all. No communication, constant excuses without any follow through or remediation, and just a general lack of ownership. Delays are an expected part of any project, but to simply ignore your clients, offer no resolution and adopt a "head in the sand" approach seems standard. If we'd know this, we would have never built with Coral.
