Maria at the display homes/ sales is amazing and cannot fault her. Everything after her has been an absolute nightmare. Going on 9 months since colours and still waiting for construction to commence. More and more costs pop up, permits team very delayed with getting various documents and continue to blame everyone else however I can purchase these myself and get them within 72 hour period. I would not recommend them at all. I have been trying to have the contract ready since September and 9 months later, I am facing delays which no one can contact me to explain and seem very intentional on part of Coral Homes to run down the clock on the price lock. They have made "mistakes" by slipping price rises sneakily into the contract from tender 1 and 2. And when I have requested corrections, it has taken weeks to get a small correction alone. I wanted to write a review about my experience with the Leppington consultants for Coral homes. I had a list of questions around building vs buying an established home. The consultant was able to sit down with me, answer all my questions and explain the building codes and implications if we were to build. I found him very knowledgeable, very friendly and patient with my queries. My husband and I are now in a much better position to make an informed decision on our purchase. Thank you Coral homes

We drove out to Leppington 3 weeks ago, met the consultant & went over our plans. No email, No phone call, No reply, No follow up. We then called their head office in QLD after trying to get a reply from their sydney agents - and now nothing from the HO either. It seems like it’s 2 guys in an office dealing with walk ins who are basically disorganised. We have called and emailed numerous times and still no reply. Unprofessional shambles.
