The worst builder in Gold Coast region, if you want any peace of mind stay away from these cow boys. The sales team will sweet talk you to the contarct, once it is signed then starts the real Coral homes show. All I have to say to people who have already started building with them is please appoint a good building inspector and good luck! Plenty of structural defects to be fixed, everytime it rains my roof leaks. Think twice there are plenty of other builders who can deliver way better than Coral homes!
From the initial design stage through to the completed build, our experience has been excellent. The showroom selection process was enjoyable, and everything through to final handover was handled smoothly and professionally. The Coral team has been a delight to work with and kept us informed throughout the journey. I would happily recommend Coral Homes to anyone. Great work, Team Coral.
I don’t recommend building with Coral homes. Our house has had no progress for months - yet it’s so close to completion. Our bank and broker are confused about the lack of progress and it’s embarrassing and costly. The sales team were great - but it’s all a bit pointless if I’m stuck without a house to live in. We’ve raised the issues with supervisor and area manager and the state manager is aware of the progression rate.
