We built with Coral Homes in 2023 and overall, the experience was good. There were significant challenges during all stages of the build due to the knock on effects of the pandemic but Coral Homes dealt with them effectively and our home was built well. The design (a modified Monash) holds up and will be a timeless multi generational home well into the future.
I’LL NEVER BUILD WITH CORAL AGAIN I’ve had the worst experience building with Coral. My site supervisor (keep in mind he’s the 3rd supervisor in 6 months) is useless. No updates throughout the build whatsoever. Don’t answer his phone, don’t reply to emails. When we bring something to his attention his reply is: don’t worry, she’ll be alright and he doesn’t fix it (he’s probably wishing we forget before handover). They built our investment property I believed in late 2023, so many problems and issues considering the price is expensive. Issues involving door not locking, hot water system not probiding hot water and roof leaking. It’s only been 2 years! What else is going to happen to this house that is poorly built. Non-stop issues even from the first year it was rented out! Never again and I will never refer them to anyone!
