This was our second build with Coral homes and we are very lucky to have had a fantastic team supporting us throughout the process. The interior designer we had was absolutely amazing. It didn't take her too long to figure out the look we were going for, and was honest with what upgrades we should do. 100% enjoyed this experience with no stress. Well done Rita!!
The "Coral Homes experience" - Rotated through 5 different supervisors - Had to personally point out missing/wrong items during the building process - Abysmal communication throughout by "supervisors" - 31 pages of defects, many of which were raised beforehand and completely ignored (make sure you hire your own inspector) - Took forever to fix these items - Painters were back 6/7 times - Handover was disgusting.
