Very helpful team members at the display centre
We are currently building with Coral Homes and, unfortunately, our experience with their customer service has been quite disappointing. When we first signed with them, their New Home Consultant assured us that the price lock would be valid for 12 months. However, just six months into the process, we were informed that the contract had expired and were asked to pay an additional $9,900 to proceed with the same construction. This is for the family are signing contract with Coral. Another disappointment with Coral homes. I spoken to Customer relationship manager in regards to refund. She told me she will get back to me by end of today, however it wasn’t happened. The reason why I spoke to her was original relationships staff Amanda was changed the $amont and she told me she did not receive refund from QBCC, but I have already confirmed with QBCC they made the payment to Coral,,,. No professional services or work. No trust. No refund will be made.... read more
