A shining display of poor after sales customer service. Damaged goods have been installed instead of of being set aside. We'll see you in court with the QBCC

STAY AWAY. One star is too much, would have given 0-stars if I could. Once you signed the contract it is not about the customer anymore but about how to get you to pay as much a possible. We only had bad experiences, mis information leading up to variations that we did not approve but were executed and charged to us in a variation. Costing thousands of dollars. Mis leading information about wind rating and not transparent in cost-break down.

We've attended the location on 3 separate occasions during operating hours, and it has not been open. Any attempt to call the phone number fails. Very frustrating.

Update on this Home Build at Completion We are almost at Handover stage and I may need to downgrade slightly the review from 5 Stars to 4 Stars. The Head Office team and external sources were awesome!. Our Construction site is now cleaned and colorbond fences that were accidentally damaged during construction are fixed thank you! The Coral Head Office sales team, were great from the start!, as long as you do your due diligence and take the time (Don't make rash decisions and read all the details and inclusions thoroughly).
