I am very impressed with the work that was done today. The sliding door track had started to pull away from the base. The track was cleaned and a new one placed over the old. It works as good as new. The men were very professional and polite. I would highly recommend this company.

Called them to replace a broken window. Told me they couldn't make it out that day, but could come out the next week. Told us they would be there between 12 and 1. I called them in the morning to confirm, and they stated that they would indeed be there. At 1:05, still a now show, so I called and he said "So and so would be out when he finished his lunch." We were having a window repaired in our friends vacation home. So, needless to say, we couldn't do anything except for sit when we were there (no laundry to get done, etc).... read more

I have a friend who found this site after I recommended Coral Glass to him. I have been dealing with Coral Glass for many years and although I did find that Charlie had a pretty awful personality, I still found their workmanship excellent. I still deal with Coral Glass and they are now under new management and he is aces in our book. Bill is always willing to bend over backwards to help and is very knowledgable about what they do and sell. Word has it, Charlie was let go to rather querestionable business practices. Poor Service and Workmanshiph – This company was paid to replace a front window for our home in Coral Springs. The manager, Charlie has demonstrated very poor communication regarding the window. After coming to measure twice, they planned to put the windows in and recognized that the middle window was the wrong measurement. They had to board up our window and promised it would be fixed within a 3 days. After repeatedly calling, they finally came back after 8 days but only after we had to call.
