I have never dealt with a more inept florist than this one. I placed an order online Saturday morning around 10am to have flowers delivered to my fiancée for Mothers Day from her kids. As soon as I placed the order, I received email confirmation which also directed me to create a login on their site. On their site showed that I also placed the order.
