Awesome staff. Doctor is friendly and listens. Heather and staff made me feel very welcome and cared for.
Very nice experience at Carol Dermatology, from start to finish communication was fantastic and so was the service. The front desk staff was welcoming and friendly, the wait was not long and the nurses and the doctor were quick, knowledgeable and made me feel at ease. I highly recommend seeing this practice if you need a great Dermatology office.
Starting with Jackie at the front desk to Heather, Dr Shareef’s assistant to Dr Shareef the service was outstanding. Everybody was friendly, helpful, knowledgeable and just a true pleasure to deal with. Dr Shareef has great patient rapport. Spoke to me with explainations of what he was doing.Everyone was professional and made me fell welcome to the practice. I would highly recommend anyone to this practice.
