Turned incompetence into an art form. Looks like I'm not the only one who has had their expectations come up rather short. If you can't take on new clients, say so at the time of form submission and allow the client time to access another business. To give an appointment, renege on said appointment and blame not knowing where the paperwork is just isn't good enough. Not happy Jan. Update...have been contacted and hopefully things are improving. Physiotherapist Scott has been excellent in helping me with my back issues, the reception & administration staff however need further training in front line management, after every appointment I'm having to chase up my Medicare rebate, as they have failed in their duties to expedite their tasks correctly blaming a system error. They assured me at time of transaction that all is as it should be, but on each occasion, I'm having to chase them up.
