In July 2025, I had the misfortune of falling from a 40cm stepper and smashed my left knee on one side and also my left wrist! Enter Dr. Hocking, who glued all the bone fragments back together, sculpted a new knee and attached a large plate and many screws to put me back together again. Firstly, I have given 4 stars only because no one is perfect, but Dr Hocking is very close it it. I felt very comfortable on my first appointment with him. Everything was explained in layman's terms and not sugar coated which I like. There was no pressure to have my knee replacement. That was left up to me to decide when. I have found Dr Hocking to be an absolute gentleman, kind and caring and an amazing surgeon.
Highly recommend, Dr Hocking is very professional and caring, he certainly knows his job. Admin staff go above and beyond to help you out . Amazing service thank you .
Dr Hocking is a lovely man & a perfect gentleman..Even more so he is a fantastic surgeon. What an asset he is to have in Bundaberg. Thank you for you’re ongoing professionalism
